About
A civic technology lab, Australian-owned and Australian-built.
Off The Ground Agency transforms open government data into transparent, accessible platforms for the Australian public. Public data, when properly structured and surfaced, builds trust between institutions and the people they serve.
The public-data suite spans government procurement, public health, housing affordability, aviation safety, and consumer protection. Each product addresses a specific gap in public information access and is designed for fast, usable search.
Alongside the civic portfolio, OTG is building GuardRail as a separate compliance software line. That gives the business a clearer split between public-interest platforms and paid operational tooling.
The public-data products are built on open Australian government datasets and aligned with the Data and Digital Government Strategy. Australian-owned. No proprietary source data in the civic suite. No paywalls on the public-data platforms.
